Shipping Policy
LizLia is a business in the fashion industry that markets women’s clothing, and family needs. Delivery policy subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery thereafter within 2 -3 days. We offer delivery with our selected courier within Ghana, either door to door or door to courier, for a flat rate of GHC 30 , depending on where you are located.
International shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.
Duties and any customs charges for the relevant country are to be paid by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected , we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process your refund or exchange.
